While completing the application, please refrain from using the browser buttons to go back or otherwise navigate through the screens. Instead, please use the next and back buttons located within the page itself.
You can save your progress and return to the application later by entering the email address you used to begin the application.
Once you have answered the application questions and verified they are accurate, you will be presented with a quote screen if you qualify for coverage. On this screen, simply move the slider with your mouse to select either 10-Year Term or 20-Year Term as well as the amount of coverage you would like to purchase. The premium quote will adjust based on your selections.
Once the application has been completed, you will have an opportunity to review the completed document for accuracy prior to applying your signature. On the signature screen, use the mouse to sign your name within the signature box and select “adopt and sign” to submit the application.
We will email you a password protected copy of your policy within five business days of application approval. Please review your policy carefully when you receive it for full details of your coverage.
After accepting the initial quote and completing your personal information, you will be presented with the final quote. Once you indicate you would like to purchase coverage, you will be presented with a Secure Payment screen where you can enter your credit/debit card information. This information will be used to make your first payment only. All subsequent payments will be paid through EFT.
