Rob uses his 18 years of sales experience to train agents on best practices for talking to employers and employees about the advantages of worksite voluntary benefits. He is passionate about the benefits we can help employers provide because he has seen many families recover from financial hardships as a result of their benefits.

Sarah, who has been a Worksite Account Coordinator with us for approximately 5 years, brings with her almost 15 years of experience in the insurance world. She loves talking to our agents about the importance of selling through the worksite channel, because she has seen firsthand the benefit it provides policyowners in their time of need. She’s proud to support small businesses and provide excellent personal service by helping more agents sell worksite voluntary benefits.

Kris, Worksite Account Coordinator, began in Worksite Sales in July 2007. She brings over 17 years of sales experience covering a wide range of insurance products from worksite group benefits to individual life and disability income insurance coverage. Her passion is working directly with agents to provide the services they require to benefit their client’s need.

Michael has 20+ years of insurance sales experience, including having owned his own insurance agency for a decade. Over the last ten years, he has led distribution in various positions in the supplemental insurance space. Michael was drawn to Illinois Mutual by the family feel both within the business and in our customer service practices. He looks forward to the opportunity to bridge the gap between the needs of agents in the field and strategic planning conducted at Illinois Mutual.
